Main Panel

The Main panel is always the first to appear on the summary page. It displays information collected from the Create New panel and the application input page. Additional tools display at the bottom of the panel that allow you to link to other cases; create work orders, service requests, or child cases; print reports; and view related objects associated with the case.

To add comments to a case, click Add Comment on the Main panel.

NOTE: A Map Layer section displays (after the X and Y fields) if there are map layers configured by the administrator for the case template, and the address has been geocoded. The Map Layer section does not appear during the application input process or if you edit the Main panel from the summary page. It only appears when viewing the Main panel on the summary page.
